耐蚀导静电复合层在退漆车间地面的应用

摘要 某维修机库喷漆车间所用退漆剂腐蚀性强,且对地面防腐蚀系统有导静电要求,故首先进行耐蚀试验,然后根据试验结果并结合公司历史数据和工程实践,推荐改进型阿斯普里特LC系统用于此项目。此后,客户又对上述系统提出消防要求,遂特别制作样品并模拟实际工况进行耐火试验,试验合格后用于二期工程。前后两期的工程应用表明,该改进系统是合适的。 A coating workshop of a hangar faces big problems due to its very corrosive stripper, and static conductive surface is also a request. Corrosion test was conducted, and the company recommended Asplit LC laminate based on the test result and its historic data and project reference. After successful application in the first phase, the client also asked for the fireproof property of the systelIL Samples were made for the fireproof tests in conditions similar to the actual application. With qualified result, the system was used for the second phase. The successful application for two phases proved that this modified system is suitable.
