摘要
系统性红斑狼疮是一种典型的自身免疫性疾病,其主要免疫学特征是机体发生异常的免疫应答,以T、B淋巴细胞的异常活化最为突出,导致患者体内产生多种自身抗体而造成多器官系统损害,而细胞因子的异常是参与这一发病过程的重要因素之一,尤其白细胞介素(IL)对系统性红斑狼疮的研究较多,本文将IL-10及其在系统性红斑狼疮中的研究进展进行综述。
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a typical autoimmune disease, its immunological characteristics is the abnormalities in body's immune system, the abnormal activation of T, B lymphocytes are the most prominent, resulting in a variety of autoantibodies in patients with multiple organ system dysfunction caused by abnormal cytokine, which are the important factors involved in this disease process, especially interleukin in patients with SLE gains more research, the research progress of IL-10 in SLE was reviewed in this article.
