自动化专业卓越工程师培养与职业资格认证的研究

A Study of the Education and Professional Certification of Excellent Engineers of Automation Specialty

介绍目前国内培养自动化专业人才两种不同的体系及其现状:高等学校的自动化专业卓越工程师培养体系和中国自动化学会面向社会制定的自动化工程师系列职业资格认证体系,探讨了两者为社会提供自动化专业人才之间的相互关系。结合实践,对培养自动化专业卓越人才提出了几点建议。

This paper makes an introduction to the two systems of educating the talents of automation specialty and their current situation in our country, with the two systems referring to the educational system for universities to educate excellent engineers of automation specialty and the certification system formulated by the Chinese Association of Automation to the whole society to conduct the qualification of automation engineers at different levels. Also, this paper analyzes the interrelations between the two systems in terms of providing the society with talents of automation specialty. Finally, taking practice into consideration, it puts forward a few proposals in respect of excellent talents of automation specialty.
