摘要
大亚湾核电站发电机4台氢冷却器在启机阶段及满功率期间冷却水流量分配不均,导致氢冷器氢温差偏大,影响机组稳定运行。文章采用CFX及Flowmaster对氢冷器冷却水系统及阻力影响因素进行了分析,提出了改进处理方案。结果表明,仿真模型能较好地模拟系统的实际运行工况,提出的处理方案有效地解决了氢冷器冷却水分配不均的问题。
Cooling water unbalanced distribution in the four hydrogen coolers of the electric generator of Daya Bay NPP results in big hydrogen temperature difference, so that the steady operation of NPP is influenced. CFX and flowmaster are adopted to analyze the hydrogen cooler cooling water system and resistance force influence factor, then an improved project has been proposed. As the analysis results show, the simulation model could precisely simulate the practical system operation condition, the improved project could effectively solve the problem of cooling water unbalanced distribution in hydrogen coolers.
