摘要
方家山核电工程DCS系统面临着质量、进度等多重压力,营运单位利用自身在管理及技术上的优势积极在线介入厂家测试活动流程管理,实施工厂测试活动在线监督,在监督活动标准化、数据统计分析的基础上,开展管理流程优化、多方位经验反馈等方面工作,以强化测试质量管理工作,为供求双方在项目推进、资源共享、质量预控等方面实现了双赢,最终使得DCS系统在确保质量高度受控的情况下提前出厂。
For Fangjiashan nuclear power project, the factory test of DCS is facing multiple pressures both in quality and progress. By right of the advantage in management and technology, the operating organization took part in the on line supervision on factory test of DCS. Based on the standardization of supervision and data statistic analysis, the management process was optimized and multi-faceted experience fed back. This was good for strengthening quality of test management, sharing resources, quality control and other aspects, then achieved a win-win situation for both sides, and finally made the DCS ahead of time while ensuring the quality of highly controlled circumstances.
