摘要
本文在对高铁客运枢纽周边快速集散系统的概念界定的基础上,首先提出应当遵循有效分离各种交通、与城市的高等级道路形成全互通的整体、确保枢纽在服务范围内的高可达性、级配合理、因地制宜和适度超前的规划组织原则,其次梳理了高铁客运枢纽外围快速集散系统和内部快速集散系统的规划组织模式,最后对高架进站路和站区内部地面循环路的组织、内外集散系统接口组织与接口形式等要点问题进行了探讨。
Based on the concept definition of rapid traffic distribution system around high-speed rail terminal, several planning principles are put forward at first, including separating all kinds of traffic effectively, forming an all exchange road system with urban high grade roads, ensuring the high accessibility of terminal within its service scope, grading road system appropriately, considering adjust measures to local conditions and advanced development. Afterwards, this article interprets the planning mode of rapid traffic distribution system around and within high-speed rail terminal, and discusses several key points in the end, including the organization of elevated station road and inside station ground loop, the interlace form and organization between inside and outside traffic distribution system.
