摘要 文章采用将固态放大器与行波管级联而成的微波功率模块的方式,设计了输出功率100W的Ka波段毫米波微波功率模块(MMPM),并测试了相关技术指标,进行了环境以及电磁兼容实验,可以满足作为机载MMPM使用。 This paper introduced a Millimeter wave Power Module (MMPM), which is a hybrid of Solid State Amplifier (SSA) and Travelling Wave Tube (TWT). The MMPM providing 100W power with high efficiency and low mass in Ka-hand has been designed and manufactured. It offers excellent performance characteristics in the environmental experiment and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) experiment and it is competent for the aircraft environment.
