摘要
国内电磁监测试验卫星空间电场探测仪用于测量空间等离子体环境下的电场及其变化,其分辨率、灵敏度、动态范围等技术指标要求比较高。而电路噪声是影响其技术指标的主要因素。基于电路结构特点建立了前置放大电路的噪声模型,利用此模型计算了前置放大电路的噪声值,运用TINASPICE软件进行了仿真验证,同时对电路噪声的测量方法也做了简单的介绍。
The spatial electronic field detector of the CSES satellites is applied to measure technical specifications of the electric field variation in the plasma environment of space. Under that situation, the requirement ofthe distortion,sensitivity, and dynamic range are strict, while circuit noise is the main factor that has an significant impact on its technical specifications. Based on the characters of the circuit configuration, this paper establishes a noise model of the preamplifier, with which the noise level is calculated and simulated using TINASPICE. And the testing method of the circuit noise is introduced briefly.
