摘要
可达性反映了区域与其他有关地区相接触进行社会经济和技术交流的机会与潜力,对于区域经济社会的发展具有重要作用。文章建立了道路通达性模型与道路多样性指数模型,以呼和浩特、包头、鄂尔多斯(呼包鄂)城市群26旗县区为研究对象,对其26个旗县区多样性指数进行了研究,研究结果为:(1)呼包鄂城市群26旗县区整体交通通达性水平较差;(2)呼包鄂城市群26旗县区交通通达性水平差距较大;(3)呼包鄂城市群26旗县区交通通达性水平的高低制约着呼包鄂城市群的发展,直接影响着内蒙古中部地区经济社会的发展,也影响着内蒙古中部地区是否能充分发挥辐射带动作用。
Accessibility reflects the regional and other relevant areas, contacting the opportunities and potential of social economy and technical exchange, which plays an important role in the development of regional economy and society. This paper established road accessibility model and he index of road diversity model to 26 counties in the district of Hohhot, Baotou and Erdos (HBE) city as the research object, studying the 26 counties in the district the index of diversity, the results as follows: (1) The overall level of traffic accessibility in city group 26 counties in the district is poor: (2) The gap of transportation accessibility in HBE city 26 counties in the district is big; (3) The high and tow of transportation accessibility level in HBE city 26 counties in the district restricts the development of the HBE city group, affects directly the economic and social development of the central region of inner Mongolia, also affects whether the central region of Inner Mongolia will fully play a leading role.
