基于地理信息系统的酒店用品销售物流配送路线规划

Distribution Route Planning of Hotel Supplies Distribution Based on GIS

随着酒店行业的迅猛发展,酒店用品能否高效率配送越来越成为制约酒店发展的一个关键因素。文章针对酒店行业地理位置分散的特点和传统物流路线配送的不足,提出了基于地理信息系统的物流配送体系,建立了配送路线模型,运用聚类算法优化结果,并给出具体实施步骤。最后以合肥凌榮酒店用品配送中心的配送网路为研究对象,分析得出运用模型前后的结果对比,验证了文章提出的基于地理信息系统的酒店用品物流配送路线规划的有效性,为进一步解决大规模网点的物流配送路线提供支持。

With the rapid development of the hotel industry, whether hotel supplies and distribution is efficient can be a key factor restricting the development of the hotel. Due to the geographically dispersed of the hotel industry and the shortage of traditional distribution logistics routes, this paper proposed GIS based logistics and distribution. We establish a delivery route model, use clustering algorithm to optimize the operating results, and list the specific implementation steps. Finally, we use Hefei Ling Rong hotel supplies distribution center＇s distri- bution network as example, analysis and compare the results before and after using the model to verify the effectiveness of the proposed GIS-based hotel supplies logistics and route planning, providing further support for the logistics and distri- bution network to solve large-scale route.
