苏北地区农产品供应链管理模式的构建研究——以邳州大蒜为例

文章主要从大蒜的销售模式对邳州市大蒜作相关的问卷调查,从调查中得出了邳州市大蒜在供应链模式上存在一定的问题,针对邳州市大蒜现有的供应链模式,并结合供应链相关的理论知识对其问题进行了分析,提出了相应的对策建议,构建了适合邳州市大蒜产业发展的供应链模式,进而对邳州市大蒜产业发展及蔬菜产业的发展提供参考。

This paper mainly makes the related questionnaire from garlic sales model of Pizhou garlic, obtained from the investigation of Pizhou garlic has certain problems in the supply chain, the supply chain model of Pizhou garlic existing, and combined with the related theories of supply chain and analyzes its problems, and puts forward some countermeasures corresponding suggestions, to construct the supply chain mode suitable for the development of garlic industry in Pizhou city, and to provide reference for the development of garlic industry development and vegetable industry in Pizhou city.
