摘要
建立了以销售商为主导的批发价格契约和收益共享契约模型,对比分析了两种契约下供应商和销售商的决策行为。结果表明,批发价格契约和收益共享契约都不能使供应链实现完美协作,收益共享契约效率低于批发价格契约,销售商会选择批发价格契约。最后通过数值模拟验证了结论的正确性。
In the retailer'leading supply chain~ the wholesale price contract model and revenue sharing contract model are built, and then we analyze and compare the decisions of the supplier and the retailer under the above two contract models. Research results show that both the wholesale price contract and the revenue sharing contract can not coordination the supply chain, the efficiency of the wholesale price contract is superior to the revenue sharing contract, and the retailer would choose the wholesale price contract. Finally, simulations testifies the truth of the analysis.
