文章从烟草企业物流中心业务流程入手,结合精益管理的特征构建了一套烟草物流中心精益管理评价体系,让烟草企业精益管理实践者能够及时对物流中心精益管理的实施过程进行评价,根据评价结果分析存在的问题并对症下药。最后对T烟草商业企业精益物流建设进行了评价,为烟草企业物流中心精益管理评价提供了参考。
