摘要
目的考察人参皂苷Rg1对小鼠学习记忆环节的影响。方法分别以戊巴比妥钠(500 mg·kg^(-1))、亚硝酸钠(120 mg·kg^(-1))、30%乙醇(10 ml·kg^(-1))将昆明种小鼠造成记忆获得、记忆巩固和记忆再现障碍模型,给予人参皂苷Rg1(100mg·kg^(-1)),采用Morris水迷宫考察其对上述模型小鼠学习记忆的影响。结果人参皂苷Rg1对模型小鼠的学习记忆获得障碍、巩固障碍和再现障碍均有显著的改善作用。结论人参皂苷Rg1改善学习记忆的机理是同时作用于获得、巩固和再现3个环节。
Objective To examine the effect of Ginsenoside Rgl on learning and memory links in mice.Methods Morris maze test was used to investigate memory acquisition disturbance induced by pentobarbital sodium(500 mg ·kg^-1),memory consolidation disturbance induced by sodium nitrite(120 mg ·kg^-1) and memory repetition disturbance induced by 30%alcohol(10 ml ·kg^-1),after ginsenosid Rg1(100 mg ·kg^-1) was orally administered in these models.Results Ginsenoside Rgl led to remarkable improvement on the memory of mice.Conclusion The mechanism by which Ginsenoside Rgl improves learing and memory is to simultaneously act on acquisition,consolidation and retrieval.
