胃得安片对大鼠应激性胃溃疡作用机制的初步研究

Study on Mechanism of Weidean Tablets on Stress-induced Gastric Ulcer Model

目的对胃得安片改善应激性胃溃疡的作用及机制进行研究。方法采用束缚水浸应激法建立胃溃疡大鼠模型,分析胃组织病理切片,检测胃黏膜损伤指数、血清一氧化氮(NO)和胃组织前列腺素(PGE_2)含量。结果与模型组比较,各给药组血清NO、胃组织PGE_2含量显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);与正常对照组相比,胃得安高剂量给药组NO含量和胃黏膜形态接近于正常组水平。结论胃得安片能够通过增加血清NO和胃组织PGE_2的含量,抑制胃黏膜细胞损伤,从而改善应激性刺激导致的大鼠胃溃疡病变。

Objective To study the protective effects and mechanism of Weidean tablets on the stressinduced gastric ulcer in rats.Methods The water immersion restraint stress method was used to build a gastric ulcer model.The gastric mucosal injury index,serum nitric oxide（NO）,prostaglandin（PGE2） content in gastric tissues,and the combination of gastric tissue pathological slices were determined and the intervention effect of Weidean tablets on the stress-induced gastric ulcer model was analyzed.Results Compared with the model group,serum NO and gastric tissue PGE2 content in each treatment group increased significantly（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,while gastric mucosal injury indexes decreased significantly（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Compared with the normal control group,NO content and morphology of gastric mucosa of the high dose group did not change greatly.Conclusion Weidean tablets can increase the contents of serum NO and gastric tissue PGE2,inhibit the damage to gastric mucosal cells,and improve stress-induced gastric ulcer in rats.
