摘要
目的建立蒲灵合剂中香蒲新苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定香蒲新苷的含量,色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液(15:85),流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为254 nm,柱温为30℃。结果香蒲新苷进样量在0.107~2.134μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。平均加样回收率为100.01%,RSD为2.77%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、准确、快速,可用于蒲灵合剂中香蒲新苷的含量测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of typhaneoside in Puling oral liquid.Methods The column was Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0.5%orthophosphoric acid(15:85) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml ·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 254 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The calibration curves of typhaneoside showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.107- 2.134 μg,(r =0.9999).The average recovery was100.01%,RSD =2.77%(n =6).Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and reliable for determination of typhaneoside in Puling oral liquid.
