病情标识化在中风康复病房健康教育中的应用 被引量:2

Application of illness marks in the health education of stroke rehabilitation unit

摘要 目的:探讨病情标识化管理对中风患者健康教育知晓度、护理满意度和住院天数的影响。方法将纳入的85例患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,两组患者均进行常规健康教育,干预组在此基础上实施病情标识化管理。两组患者均在出院时进行健康教育知晓度、护理质量满意度的评估,并记录本次住院的天数。结果干预组患者健康教育知晓度,以及对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组,住院天数则少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义( P〈0.05)。结论病情标识化管理有利于中风患者对健康教育知识的掌握,有助于提高护理服务的满意度,从而有效促进患者康复。 Objective To explore the effect of illness marks in the know degree of health education, nursing satisfaction and hospitalization days in stroke rehabilitation unit. Methods A total of 85 patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, both groups were accepted general health education with experimental group ap-plying illness mark management in addition. All patients were evaluated the know degree of health education, nursing satisfaction and hospitalization days at discharge respectively. Results The know degree of health education and nursing satisfaction of experimental group were more than those of control group, hospitalization days of experimental group were less than those of control group. Conclusions Illness mark management canincrease patients'know degree of health education and nursing satisfaction, effectively improve the rehabilitation of stroke patients.
