摘要
目的：探讨血管外科康复护理对疾病康复效果的影响。方法将本院2011年3月至2012年2月收治的血管外科患者268例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（135例）和康复组（133例），对照组采取常规护理，康复组采取康复护理，总结康复护理干预措施，评价康复效果。结果康复组在体力健康、精神健康、总体功能方面均明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P〈0.05），并发症发生率10.32%，明显低于对照组21.03%，差异具有统计学意义（ P〈0.05）。结论血管外科一系列康复护理措施对改善患者康复效果具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of vascular surgery rehabilitation care on disease rehabilita-tion. Methods Total of 268 casesfrom March 2011 to February 2012 were selected and divided into control group （135 cases） and rehabilitation group （133 cases） . Control group tookroutine care, but rehabilitation group took rehabilitation nursing care, and the effect of rehabilitation was evaluated. Results Rehabilitation physical health, mental health, and overall function in rehabilitation group were significantly better than those in the control group （ P〈0. 05 ） . And the complication rate was 10. 32%, significantly lower than the control group 21. 03% （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions The se-ries of rehabilitation care measures are important for disease recovery in vascular surgery.
