摘要
农村环境问题日益凸显,定量地、多层面地评价农村环境质量对综合整治是十分必要的。文中从农村人居环境质量、农村生态环境质量以及农村环境资源可利用度等方面入手建立了农村环境质量综合评价指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标权重,运用RS和GIS技术及单因子评价法、多因子评价法、综合指数评价法等方法建立各级指标的评价模型,并基于网格系统实现评价结果的可视化空间表达。以山西省天镇县为研究对象,对所建立的模型与相应的技术方法进行验证性分析,其结果与该县实际情况基本吻合,表明所建立的指标体系与模型是可行的。
Rural environmental problems have become increasingly prominent. Quantitatively,evaluating the quality of the rural environment at multi- levels is necessary for comprehensive improvement and renovation. We have established the rural environmental quality comprehensive assessment index system from three aspects: the quality of rural living environment,the quality of the rural ecological environment and rural environmental resource availability. Applying analytic hierarchy process( AHP) to obtain the index weights; By using RS and GIS technology and the approaches of single- factor evaluation,multi- factor evaluation,comprehensive index evaluation and other methods,the rural environmental quality comprehensive assessment model were established,and the visualization spatial expression of the evaluation results was made possible. Taking Tianzhen for example,the established model and the technical method were verified. The results were agreed well with the actual situation of the County,which showed that the established index systems and models were feasible.
