摘要 为了解活性焦脱硝性能,在固定床吸附反应器上,利用正交设计,考察了温度、水含量、氧含量3个参数对活性焦脱硝性能的影响。结果表明:选用极差分析方法得到脱硝率影响主次顺序为:水含量>氧含量>>温度。在考察参数范围内,随着温度的升高,脱硝率呈下降趋势,但到一定温度后下降趋势减缓;脱硝率与水含量呈线性反比例关系,水含量越高,脱硝率越差;脱硝率与氧含量呈线性正比例关系,氧含量越低,脱硝性能越差。较优工艺参数φ(H2O)=2%,φ(O2)=10%,T=60℃条件下脱硝率大于80%。通过对活性焦脱硝因素实验研究可为活性焦烟气脱硝工程设计提供基础数据。 To improve denitrification efficiency of activated coke,the influence of temperature,humidity and oxygen concentration on activated coke were investigated by orthogonal design,which was carried out on a fixed bed reactor. The results showed that the influence from great to small as follows: humidity,oxygen concentration,temperature. Within the range of parameters,the denitrification rate decreased with the rise of temperature,while the downward became slower at a certain temperature. The denitrification rate was linearly inverse proportional relationship with water content,while in linear proportion relationship with oxygen content. The denitrification rate became worse with the higher water content and lower oxygen concentration. When the humidity,oxygen concentration and temperature was 2%,10% and 60 ℃respectively,the denitrification rate was greater than 80%. The research provided basic data for design of activated coke flue gas denitrification engineering projects.
