浅谈非瓣膜心房颤动患者的抗凝治疗 被引量：3

摘要 心房颤动（atrial fibrillation，AF）是临床最常见的心律失常之一。流行病学研究结果显示，我国30～85岁居民中AF患病率为0．77％，其中80岁以上人群患病率达30％以上。血栓栓塞性并发症是AF致死致残的主要原因，而卒中则是最常见的表现类型。
