夏枯草口服液对不同甲状腺功能状态患者甲状腺大小的影响

Effect of Prunella Oral Liquid on Thryroid Size in Patients with Different Functional Status of Thyroid

目的:探讨夏枯草口服液对不同甲状腺功能状态患者甲状腺大小的影响。方法:抽取2012年1月—2015年2月来院治疗的86例甲状腺功能亢进症患者(甲亢组)、72例甲状腺功能减退症患者(甲减组)、72例单纯性甲状腺肿患者(甲肿组)作为本次研究的对象,以随机数字表法分为经典治疗组(A1、A2、A3组)和联用夏枯草口服液治疗组(B1、B2、B3组),每组患者治疗前后分别进行甲状腺彩超检查,观察其甲状腺大小及实质内的彩色血流情况,同时选取60名正常人作为正常对照组。结果:治疗前,甲亢组、甲减组、甲肿组患者甲状腺明显大于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,联用夏枯草口服液组患者的甲状腺缩小程度较经典治疗组更明显(P<0.05),且与正常对照组的差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:对于不同甲状腺功能状态的患者,联合应用夏枯草口服液治疗甲状腺肿大的疗效确切,中西药结合治疗优于单纯西药治疗,具有良好的临床价值。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the effect of Prunella Oral Liquid on the size of thyroid gland in patients with different functional status of thyroid.METHODS： From January 2012 to February 2015, 86 patients with hyperthyroidism （ hyperthyroidism group） , 72 with hypothyroidism （ hypothyroidism group） and 72 with simple goiter patients （ goiter group） were enrolled in our study.The patients were then randomzed to either classic treatment group （A1, A2 and A3 groups） or add-on prunella oral liquid treatment group （B1, B2 and B3 groups）.Color doppler ultrasonography was perfored for all the patients in each group before and after treatment for observation of thyroid size and blood flow in thyroid parenchyma, Meanwhile, 60 normal adults were assigned to control group.RESULTS：Before treatment, the throid size in hyperthyroidism group, hypothyroidism group and thyroid goiter group was significantly larger than in the normal control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）;after treatment, the add-on prunella oral liquid treatment group decreased more significantly in throid size than in classic treatment group （ P〈0.05 ） , and the difference between the add-on prunella oral liquid treatment group and the normal control group was not significant （ P〉0.05 ） .CONCLUSIONS： For patients with different thyroid function status, the add-on prunella oral liquid was effective for goiter.The combined treatment of western medicine with traditional Chinese medicine is more effective than wetern medicine alone, which thus if of good clinical value.
