抗菌药物专项整治活动前后南宁市宾阳县人民医院抗菌药物使用情况分析

Analysis of Antibiotic Use in Nanning Binyang County People's Hospital before and after The Special Rectification

目的:了解南宁市宾阳县人民医院(以下简称"我院")抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动开展3年来的抗菌药物使用情况,促进抗菌药物的合理应用及管理。方法:对2011—2013年我院住院、门诊、急诊患者的抗菌药物使用率、全院及部分科室住院患者的抗菌药物使用强度以及部分典型病种的抗菌药物使用情况等数据进行回顾性分析。结果:我院抗菌药物使用率、抗菌药物使用强度逐年下降,部分指标已达到卫计委规定标准;部分病种抗菌药物使用情况明显改善。结论:开展抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动后,我院抗菌药物的使用更加合理,但仍存在不合理的地方,需加强管理。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the antibiotic use in Nanning Binyang County People＆#39;s Hospital （ hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”） over three years since the special rectification on clinical use of antibiotics so as to promote the rational use and management of antibiotics.METHDOS： The antibiotic use in outpatient ＆amp;emergency department from 2011 to 2013 in our hospital were analzyed retrospectively with regard to the antibiotic use densithy and the antibiotic use for some typical diseases.RESULTS：The rate of antibiotic use and the antibiotic use density in our hospital decreased year by year, and some some antibiotic indicators were up to the standard of National Health and Family Planning Commission.The use of some antibiotics has been greatly improved.CONCLUSIONS：The clinical use of antibiotics in our hospital became more reasonable ever since the special rectification; however, there are still problems thus strengthened management on antibiotic use is still needed.
