替勃隆治疗妇女绝经后更年期综合征的疗效及安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Tibolone for Climacteric Syndrome in Postmenopausal Women

目的:观察替勃隆治疗妇女绝经后更年期综合征的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2012年10月—2013年10月在和田地区人民医院进行治疗的84例绝经后更年期综合征患者,采用抽签的方式将84例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各42例。对照组患者应用尼尔雌醇进行治疗,治疗组患者应用替勃隆进行治疗,比较2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者的临床症状改善情况、症状痊愈时间、生活质量评分及治疗总费用均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但2组患者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、雌二醇及三酰甘油水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前后2组患者的乳腺体层与子宫内膜厚度变化比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用替勃隆治疗妇女绝经后更年期综合征效果较好,能改善更年期症状,且不良反应较少,临床应用价值较高。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tibolone for climacteric syndrome in postmenopausal women.METHODS： A total of 84 cases of postmenopausal patients with climacteric syndrome treated in Xinjiang Hetian Area People＇s Hospital between Oct.2012 to Oct.2013 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group of 42 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with nilestriol while those in the treatment group were treated with tibolone, with clinical treatment outcome compared between the two groups.RESULTS： The treatment group was significantly better than the control group with regard to improvement of clinical symptoms, recovery time of symptoms, quality of life score and the total cost of treatment （ P 〈0.05 ） , and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group （ P〈0.05 ）; the high density lipoprotein cholesterol level in the treatment group was significantly higher than in the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） , but there was no significant difference between the 2 groups of patients with regard to low density lipoprotein cholesterol, estradiol and triacylglycerol levels （ P〉0.05 ）; the difference between the two groups mammary gland layer and the endometrial thickness before and after treatment was not statistically significant （ P 〉0.05 ） . CONCLUSIONS：Tibolone is safe and effective for climacteric syndrome in postmenopausal women in that it can improve the climacteric symptoms with few side effects thus of high clinical application value.
