番泻叶与茶叶浸出液联合治疗盐酸吗啡缓释片所致便秘的临床观察

Efficacy of Folium Sennae plus Tea Extract for Morphine Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets-induced Constipation

目的:探讨番泻叶与茶叶浸出液联合治疗盐酸吗啡缓释片所致便秘的疗效。方法:将33例使用盐酸吗啡缓释片所致中重度便秘的癌痛患者以随机数字表法分为2组,治疗组18例患者饮用番泻叶加茶叶浸出液,对照组15例患者不用相关泻药,2 d为1个疗程。对比观察2组患者功能状态评分、便秘、睡眠、食欲等改善情况,以评价患者生活质量。结果:治疗组患者中,显效9例,有效7例,总有效率为88.9%(16/18);对照组患者中,显效、有效各3例,总有效率为40.0%(6/15),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者中,11例功能状态评分降低1分,14例睡眠改善,12例食欲改善,8例焦虑改善;对照组患者中,7例功能状态评分降低1分,3例睡眠改善,2例食欲改善,4例焦虑改善,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:番泻叶与茶叶浸出液联合治疗盐酸吗啡缓释片所致便秘,可以使癌痛患者的生活质量得到明显改善。

OBJECTIVE：To explore the efficacy of folium sennae plus tea extract for treatment of morphine hydrochloride sustained release tablets-induced constipation. METHODS： 33 patients with cancer pain and associated morphine hydrochloride sustained release tablets-induced severe constipation were divided into two groups.18 patients in the treatment group were assigned to drink folium sennae plus tea extract, while the 15 cases in the control group were not given laxatives. After treatment of 2 days, the two groups were followed with regard to improvement in functional status score, constipation, sleep, appetite and so on so as to assess the quality of life.RESUTLS：The total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.9%（16/18）, with 9 markedly effective cases and 7 effective cases, as compared with total effective rate 40.0%（6/15）, 3 markedly effective cases and 3 effective cases in control group, and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.In the treatment group, 11 patients showed reduction of 1 point in functional status score, with 14 cases showing improvement in sleep, 12 improvement in appetite and 8 improvement in anxiety, and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONS：Treatment of patients with cancer pain and associated morphine hydrochloride sustained release tablets-induced constipation with folium sennae plus tea extract resulted in significant improvement in the quality of life of the patients.
