摘要
目的:探讨醒脑静注射液对老年脑梗死患者的治疗效果及对血清中白细胞介素18(IL-18)的影响。方法:收集2011年6月—2013年6月128例老年脑梗死患者作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,每组64例。对照组应用常规方法治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用醒脑静注射液治疗。于治疗前、后对患者血清IL-18的表达进行检测。结果:治疗14 d后,观察组梗死灶和美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分改善明显优于对照组,血清IL-18下降值明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液治疗老年脑梗死疗效确切,有助于降低血清IL-18水平,具有临床应用价值。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the efficacy of Xingnaojing injection for cerebral infarction in elderly patients and its impact on serum IL-18.METHODS：Between June 2011 to June 2013, a total of 128 elderly patients with cerebral infarction were divided into control group and observation group of 64 cases each, with control group receiving routine therapy alone and observaiton group receiving add-on Xingnaojing injection.Serum IL-18 level before and after treatment were measured.RESULTS：After 14 days of treatment, the infarction size and the NIHSS score in the observation group was significantly better while serum IL-18 was significantly higher than in the control group. CONCLUSIONS：Xingnaojing injection has proved efficacy for cerebral infarction in elderly patients and it can help redue the expression of serum L-18, which thus if of great clinical application value.
