住院患者小牛血清去蛋白注射液应用分析

Analysis of Inpatient Use of Deproteinised Calf Blood Injection

目的:了解解放军第254医院急救康复中心(以下简称"我院")小牛血清去蛋白注射液的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性方法,对我院2014年1—6月应用小牛血清去蛋白注射液住院患者的科室分布、用药原因等进行统计分析,并对其医嘱用药合理性进行评价。结果:2014年1—6月我院应用小牛血清去蛋白注射液的352例患者,分布于7个科室;用药原因以改善脑部血液循环为主,占90.34%(318/352);医嘱用药合理性评价结果显示,处方用药合理率为76.14%(268/352)。结论:小牛血清去蛋白注射液在我院存在不合理使用现象,建议临床医师严格按药品说明书所示的适应证和用法、用量用药,以确保用药安全。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the inpatient use of Deproteinised Calf Blood Injection in Emergency and Rehabilitation Center,No.254 Hospital of PLA （ hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”） so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of drug.METHODS：Retrospectively, the inpatient use of Deproteinised Calf Blood Injection in our hospital from January to June in 2014 were statistically analyzed with regard to departments involved, reasons for drug use, and the rationality of the prescriptions.RESULTS：352 cases from 7 clinical departments in our hospital used Deproteinised Calf Blood Injection patients during Jan.-June period of 2014; the drugs were used mainly for improving cerebral blood circulation, accounting for 90.34% （ 318/352 ） .The evaluation on the rationality of prescriptions showed that the rate of rational prescriptions was 76.14%（268/352） .CONCLUSIONS：Irrational use of Deproteinized Calf Serum Injection in our hospital was noted.It is advisable for clinical physicians to strictly abide by the indications and dosage and administration labeled in package inserts so as to ensure medication safety.
