阿司匹林肠溶片和硫酸氢氯吡格雷片联合疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

Efficacy and Safety of Aspirin plus Clopidogrel and Shuxuetong in Treatment of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察阿司匹林肠溶片和硫酸氢氯吡格雷片联合疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将急性脑梗死患者68例以随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各34例。2组患者均给予阿司匹林肠溶片100 mg+硫酸氢氯吡格雷片75 mg,每晚1次。在此基础上,治疗组患者给予疏血通注射液6 ml/d,对照组患者给予血塞通注射液400 mg/d,连续用药14 d。观察治疗前后2组患者神经缺损功能改善情况、临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组患者临床总有效率为88.2%(30/34),对照组为70.6%(24/34),治疗组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿司匹林肠溶片和硫酸氢氯吡格雷片联合疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死有显著的临床疗效,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of aspirin plus clopidogrel and Shuxuetong injection in treating patients with acute cerebral infarction.METHODS：68 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomized to either treatment group or control group of 34 cases each.All of the patients were given aspirin （100 mg/d） and clopidogrel （75 mg/d）;however, additional Shuxuetong injection at daily dose of 6mL was given to the patients in the treatment group while Shuxuetong injection at daily dose of 400 mg/d was given to the patients in the control group for consecutive 14 days.The neurological functional deficit scores, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were recorded before and after treatment.RESULTS： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.2%, as compared with of 70.6%of the control group, showing significantly higher effective rate than in control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） .The incidence of adverse drugs reactions showed no significant difference between the two groups （ P〉0.05 ） .CONCLUSIONS： Treatment of acute cerebral infarction with Aspirin plus clopidogrel and Shuxuetong injection resulted in remarkable clinical efficacy and few adverse drug reactions, thus the combination therapy is worthy of promotion.
