摘要
光动力治疗(Photodynamic therapy,PDT)是一种针对恶性肿瘤和一些良性疾病靶向治疗的新兴手段,其基本原理为利用照射光源、光敏剂和氧三个要素联合作用,通过一系列的光化学反应对靶组织进行选择性地治疗。随着研究的深入,氧在PDT中的作用不断受到研究人员的重视。本文在介绍PDT基本机制的基础上,总结分析了氧在人体组织内的分布、PDT过程中的氧消耗和PDT对氧含量的反作用。
Photodynamic therapy( PDT) is an emerging clinical modality for the treatment of neoplastic and some benign diseases. The three basic elements of photodynamic are light,photosensitizer and oxygen. Photosensitizer will selectively concentrate in tumor tissues after being irradiated with light of specific wavelength to produce cytotoxic substances,which exerts therapeutic effects. With further research,the role of oxygen in PDT is increasingly highlighted. Based on an introduction of the basic mechanism of PDT,this paper discusses in detail the specific role of oxygen in PDT and the effect of PDT on oxygen concentration by reference to oxygen distribution in normal structure and oxygen consumption in PDT.
