封闭式负压吸引与自体富血小板凝胶治疗糖尿病足的疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 将81例糖尿病足患者随机分成两组,A组39例溃疡面采用封闭式负压持续吸引与自体富血小板凝胶外敷交替治疗;B组42例溃疡面采用常规换药,每2-3日换药一次,创面使用山莨菪碱、胰岛素及敏感的抗生素清洗后用速愈乐外敷。结果:VSD与APG交替治疗组的2周愈合率为48.71%,明显高于常规换药组的21.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);VSD与APG交替治疗组的愈合时间明显短于常规换药组,(P<0.01);VSD与APG交替治疗组的换药次数、抗生素使用时间、伤口的愈合时间和住院时间明显少于或短于常规换药组,(P<0.01)。结论:封闭式负压吸引与自体富血小板凝胶交替治疗难治性糖尿病足效果优。
