消渴保肾汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效及对肾功能改善的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Using Xiaoke Baoshen Decoction to Treat Diabetic Nephropathy and the Effect of Renal Function Improvement

目的：探讨贝那普利联合自拟中药汤治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及对肾功能的改善。方法：选取2011年8月-2013年8月我院收治的98例糖尿病肾病患者,依据随机数字表法将这些患者分为观察组（50例）和对照组（48例）两组。对照组患者给予单纯盐酸贝那普利治疗,观察组患者给予盐酸贝那普利联合自拟中药汤治疗,均治疗8周为1个疗程,然后对两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候疗效及肾功能指标进行统计分析。结果：观察组患者治疗的总有效率92.0%明显高于照组58.3%（χ2=16.69,P〈0.05）;观察组患者中医证候治疗的总有效率94.0%明显高于对照组50%（χ2=22.55,P〈0.05）;观察组患者的UAER、BUN、SCr分别为（35.7±9.6）μg/min、（5.32±1.15）mmol/L、（80.4±15.2）μmol/L,均明显低于对照组的（98.6±12.1）μg/min、（5.85±1.26）mmol/L、（85.2±16.8）μmol/L（P〈0.05）。结论：贝那普利联合自拟中药汤治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效显著,能够有效改善患者的肾功能。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy and improvement of renal function of benazepril combined with self- made medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 98 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2013 were selected,they were divided into observation group（ 50cases） and controlled group（ 48cases）groups according to a random number table. The controlled group were given benazepril hydrochloride alone,while the observation group were given hydrochloride benazepril combined with self- made traditional Chinese medicine decoction,they were all treated for 8weeks a course of treatment,and then the clinical efficacy,TCM syndromes and renal function parameters of the two groups of patients were analyzed. Results： The total treatment efficiency of the observation group was 92. 0%（46 /50）,it was significantly higher 58. 3%（28 /48） than the controlled group（ χ2= 16. 69,P 〈0. 05）; the TCM treatment efficiency was94. 0%（47 /50）,it was significantly higher than the controlled group 50%（24 /48）（ χ2= 22. 55,P 〈0. 05）; the UAER,BUN,SCr after treatment（35. 7 ± 9. 6） μg / min,（5. 32 ± 1. 15） mmol / L,（80. 4 ± 15. 2） μmol / L were significantly lower than the controlled group（98. 6 ± 12. 1） μg / min,（5. 85 ± 1. 26） mmol / L,（85. 2 ± 16. 8） μmol / L（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of benazepril combined with self- made herb is significant in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,it can effectively improve the patients＇ renal function.
