止嗽散加味结合中药穴位敷贴治疗外感久咳临床研究

Clinical Research of Using Modified Zhisou Powder Combined with Chinese Herb Acupoint Application to Treat Chronic Cough after Exogenous Attack

目的:观察止嗽散加味结合中药穴位敷贴对外感久咳的治疗效果。方法:将146例外感久咳患者随机分为2组,每组73例。对照组给予阿莫西林联合复方甘草合剂;观察组给予止嗽散加味结合中药穴位敷贴。对两组治疗效果、治疗前后临床症状积分及血清免疫功能指标变化进行分析。结果:观察组总有效率为97.3%,显著高于对照组的83.6%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组临床症状积分显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组临床症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Ig G明显增大、Ig E明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组Ig G增大、Ig E降低程度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:止嗽散加味结合中药穴位敷贴对外感久咳治疗效果确切,其机理可能为改善患者免疫功能。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of Modified Zhisou Powder combined with Chinese herb acupoint application to treat chronic cough after exogenous attack. Methods： 146 cases of patients with chronic cough after exogenous attack were randomly divided into two groups,each group was 73 cases. Patients in the controlled group were given amoxicillin combined brown mixture; and patients in the observation group were given Modified Zhisou Powder combined with Chinese herb acupoint application. The treatment clinical symptom scores and serum immune function indicators changes before and after treatment of two the groups were analyzed. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 97. 3%,which was significantly higher than the controlled group 83. 6%（ P 〈0. 05）; After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly decreased（ P 〈0. 05）,and the clinical symptom scores of the observation group was significantly lower than the controlled group（ P 〈0. 05）; After treatment,Ig G levels of the two groups were significantly increased,Ig E levels of the two groups were significantly decreased（ P 〈0. 05）,and the Ig G,Ig E levels changes of the observation group was significantly lower than the controlled group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Modified Zhisou Powder combined with Chinese herb acupoint application can effectively treat chronic cough after exogenous attack,and its mechanism may be improvement of immune function of patients.
