降脂化瘀方治疗痰瘀互结型高脂血症临床观察

Clinical Observation of Using Jiangzhi Huayu Recipe to Treat Intermingled Phlegm Stagnation Type Hyperlipidemia

目的:观察降脂化瘀方治疗痰瘀互结型高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:采用自拟降脂化瘀方治疗痰瘀互结型高脂血症患者52例,随机分为治疗组和西药对照组,治疗组予降脂化瘀方,对照组予辛伐他丁。主要观察两组治疗前后TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C的变化情况及中医症候积分。结果:治疗组与对照组总疗效相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组中医证候疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:降脂化瘀方对于痰瘀互结型高脂血症有确切的调脂作用,且能有效改善临床症状。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of Jiangzhi Huayu Recipe in treating patients with phlegm hyperlipidemia.Methods： 52 cases of phlegm type patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group.The treatment group were received Jiangzhi Huayu Recipe in therapy,and the controlled group received simvastat. Changes were observed after treatment which was TC,TG,HDL- C,LDL- C case and symptom scores. Results： The total effect of the treatment group and the controlled group showed no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）,and TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly higher than in the controlled group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Jiangzhi Huayu Recipe has the exact lipid effects,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
