中成药灌肠联合微波治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察

Curative Observation of Applying Chinese Patent Drug Enema and Microwave Therapy to Treat Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory

目的:观察中成药康妇炎胶囊灌肠联合微波治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:252例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为联合治疗组、灌肠组、微波治疗组,连续治疗2周,观察患者治疗效果。结果:联合治疗组总有效率80.1%,灌肠组、微波治疗组总有效率分别为60.7%和56.0%,联合治疗组治疗效果优于其他两组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:康妇炎胶囊灌肠联合微波治疗可以用于慢性盆腔炎的治疗,提高疗效。

Objective： To observe the effect of Kangfuyan Capsule enema combined with microwave in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods： 252 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into combined treatment group,the enema group,microwave treatment group,treating 2weeks in a row,the therapeutic effects were observed. Results： The total effective was 80. 1% of the combined treatment group,the total effective rate of the enema and the microwave treatment group were 60. 7% and 56. 0% respectively,the effect of combined treatment group was better than the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant,P 〈0. 05. Conclusion： Kangfuyan Capsule enema combined with microwave can improve the curative effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
