热敏灸治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

Curative Observation of Heat Sensitive Moxibustion Therapy for Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis Patients

目的:观察热敏灸疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为热敏灸疗组(n=30)和传统艾灸组(n=30)。热敏灸组在颈背部及上肢区域寻找热敏穴,实施灸疗,每日1次,每次20分钟,共7次;传统艾灸组施温和灸夹脊穴、风池、肩外腧等穴位,每日1次,每次20分钟,共7次。观察治疗前后VAS评分、血清IL-6水平变化及临床疗效。结果:经治疗1周后,热敏灸组显愈率63.3%;传统艾灸组治疗显愈率为40.0%,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后疼痛指数评分和血清IL-6较治疗前降低具有显著性意义(P<0.05),且热敏灸疗组优于传统灸疗组(P<0.05)。结论:热敏灸疗法对神经根型颈椎病患者有明显治疗作用,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of heat sensitive moxibustion therapy for nerve root cervical spondylosis. Methods： Sixty cases of patients were randomly divided into heat sensitive moxibustion group（ n = 30） and traditional moxibustion group（ n = 30）. In the heat sensitive moxibustion group,heat sensitive points were explored on neck and back,upper extremity. In the traditional moxibustion group,cervical Jiaji points,Fengchi（ GB- 20）,Jianwaishu（ SI- 14） etc. were used for hanging moxibustion respectively. Both groups were treated for 20 minutes daily,7times in all. And therapeutic effect as well as Visual Analogue Scores（ VAS）,level of blood IL- 6were evaluated before and after treatment were recorded. Results：The effective rate was 63. 3%（19 /30） in the heat sensitive moxibustion group,and 40. 0%（12 /30） in the traditional hanging moxibustion group. The therapeutic effect of the heat sensitive moxibustion group was better than that of the acupuncture group（P 〈0. 05）; VAS scores,level of blood IL- 6were all decreased in two groups after treatment,and the heat sensitive moxibustion group was better than that of the acupuncture group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The therapeutic effect of heat sensitive moxibustion is better than that of traditional one for nerve root cervical spondylosis and it is worthy of further popularization.
