Where to Find Stability and Improvement？ Although the growth of China s Gross Domestic Production （GDP） in the first half （H1） of 2015 was 0.4 percentage point （pp） lower than the same period last year, it is in line with the reality that China s economic growth is shifting gears from high-speed growth to medium-high-speed growth as China s economic development enters a New Normal state, and it is also in conformity with the general patterns of a typical economy.
