Susceptibility gene research progress of anterior cruciate ligament injury

摘要 前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)最主要的功能是防止胫骨前移,维持膝关节结构稳定和正常运动,还有限制胫骨内旋,防止过伸以及限制内外翻的作用。焦晨等[1]发现正常ACL具有紧密排列、成波浪状走行的胶原纤维结构,且ACL组织中具有与其功能相关的连接纤维。 Anterior cruciate ligament( ACL) rupture is one of the common injuries in clinic,especially in athletes.ACL ruptures are caused by extrinsic and intrinsic risk factors.Former research indicated that family aggregation and gene sensitivity associated with ACL injuries.Susceptibility genes were considered as intrinsic risk factors.Recently,research shows that the MMP-3 gene,COL1A1 gene COL5A1 gene and COL12A1 gene associated with ACL injury.
