Inovance Technology Integrated Products in the Steel Coating System Application

本文主要介绍了汇川高性能变频器、PLC及HMI在钢板覆膜系统中的应用,本系统采用汇川高速总线Canlink实现PLC的远程控制和变频器控制,系统中的各功能PLC可以进行相互的数据传输。紧凑型变频器MD210、张力专用型MD330及通用矢量型MD380合理组合,减少安装空间,方便调试,节省成本。

This article introduces successful application of Inovance high-performance inverters, PLC and HMI on steel plate laminators. In this system, high-speed CANLink bus is used to realize remote control of PLC and inverters. Functional PLCs in the system could exchange date with each other. Combination of compact type inverter MD210, tension control inverter MD330 and general type inverter MD380 reduces installation space and brings convenient commissioning and low costs.
