两种方案治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的成本—效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察脉络宁注射液联合甲钴胺与单用甲钴胺两种方案治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的药物经济学效果。方法2010年3月—2014年12月来该院门诊及住院治疗的糖尿病周围神经病变患者共150例,应用脉络宁注射液联合甲钴胺治疗75例,并以单用甲钴胺治疗75例作对照,运用药物经济学方法比较其成本—效果。结果对照组总有效率为74.7%,成本为3413.9元,C/E为45.7元;观察组总有效率为96.0%,成本为3895.7元,C/E为40.6元,观察组单位治疗效果所需费用较对照组低5.1元。结论脉络宁注射液联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变符合临床用药有效、经济的原则,是优选方案。 Objective To observe the effect of Mailuoning injection combined with mecobalamin and single methylcobalamin two schemes in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy pharmacoeconomic effect.Methods in 2010 March to 2014 December in our hospital outpatient and inpatient treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with a total of 150 cases, the effect of Mailuoning injection combined with Mecobalamin in treatment of 75 cases with single methylcobalamin treatment, and 75 cases as control group, using pharmacoeconomic method compare the cost- effectiveness.Results in the control group, the total effective rate was 74.7%, the cost is 3413.9 yuan, C/E for 45.7 yuan; total effective rate of observation group was 96%, the cost is 3895.7 yuan, C/E for 40.6 yuan, the observation group treatment effects by unit cost is lower than the control group of 5.1 yuan.Conclusion Mailuoning injection combined with Mecobalamin in the treatment accorded the clinical effective, economic principles of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, is the preferred scheme.
