老年糖尿病患者使用静脉留置针相关问题的护理探究

目的通过相应护理降低糖尿病患者因使用静脉留置针发生并发症的风险。方法选择2011年9月—2012年3月该院收治的糖尿病患者150例。将患者平均分为2组,实验组行留置针治疗;对照组行普通静脉穿刺输液治疗。结果静脉留置针可降低患者穿刺痛苦,在执行相关护理后,其并发症较对照组无明显上升。结论静脉留置针可有效缓解患者静脉穿刺的痛苦。要减少糖尿病人留置针的并发症发生,应该加强使用期间的护理,严格无菌操作,按时更换无菌透明薄膜。

Objective to reduce the risk of diabetic patients due to the use of venous indwelling needle by the corresponding nursing complications. Method select 2011 September to 2012 March in 150 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital. The patients were equally divided into 2 groups, experimental group underwent indwelling needle therapy; the control group underwent conventional intravenous infusion therapy. Results patients can reduce the pain of venous indwelling needle puncture, in the implementation of the related nursing, complications compared with the control group, no significant increase of. Conclusion intravenous indwelling needle can effectively alleviate the suffering of patients with venous puncture. The occurrence of diabetic patients to reduce the complication of indwelling needle, should strengthen the nursing during use, strict aseptic operation, on time and the replacement of the sterile transparent film.
