摘要
目的研究护理干预对治疗老年人糖尿病的影响。方法选择该院老年糖尿病患者126例随机分为干预组与对照组,对照组患者实施常规护理,干预组实施全面护理干预。对比两组患者护理前后的血糖控制效果。结果干预组患者空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予老年糖尿病患者实施护理干预,可以有效控制血糖及并发症,改善患者生活质量,提高治疗效果。
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on treatment of the elderly diabetes. Methods Selection of elderly patients with diabetes of 126 cases in our hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, control group were given routine care, the intervention group implement comprehensive nursing intervention. Comparison of two groups of patients before and after nursing glycemic control effect. Results Intervention group patients fasting blood sugar and blood sugar 2 hours after meal was better than control group, significant difference statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Given the implementation of nursing intervention in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus, can effectively control the complications and blood sugar, improve the life quality of patients, improve the treatment effect.
