妊娠期糖尿病系统诊治对孕产妇并发症的影响

Gestational Diabetes Affects the System of Diagnosis and Treatment of Maternal Complications

目的分析研究妊娠期糖尿病系统诊治对孕产妇并发症的影响。方法随机选取2011年6月—2014年6月该院接诊的90例妊娠期糖尿病产妇作为研究对象,并按照数字表法将其随机分为对照组(n=45)及观察组(n=45);对照组产妇进行常规治疗,观察组产妇则在此基础上进行系统干预治疗,观察并比较两组产妇并发症发生情况以及行剖宫产手术几率。结果观察组产妇并发症发生几率明显低于对照组产妇,两组数据的对比结果显示差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇剖宫产率明显高于对照组,两组数据的对比结果显示差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病进行科学合理的治疗,可以减少孕产妇的并发症发生几率,并可有效降低孕产妇行剖宫产手术的几率,故具有临床深入研究以及推广应用价值。

Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes system affect maternal complications.MethodsRandomly selected from June 2011 to June 2014 in our hospital departments of 90 cases of gestational diabetes women as the research object,and in accordance with the digital meter method will be randomly divided into control group（n=45）and the observation group（n= 45）.Control group routine treatment,maternal maternal observation group based on this system intervention treatment,observe and compare the two groups of maternal complications and cesarean delivery operation.Results The maternal complications chance observation group was obviously lower than the control group, maternal difference results show that the data of the two groups have statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Maternal cesarean section rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,two groups of data comparison results showed statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of gestational diabetes are scientific and reasonable,can reduce the risk of maternal complications,and can effectively reduce the incidence of maternal line of cesarean delivery operation,it has clinical research and application value.
