异丁烯装置反应器物料管系的优化设计与应力分析

摘要 对Catofin反应器物料管系进行了优化设计,用止推支架将反应器物料管系分为反应炉出料管段、反应器进料管段、反应器出料管段及蒸汽发生器进料管段等4个独立膨胀的管段,分别对各个管段设置的膨胀节和支吊架、管道布置进行了方案对比,保证整个管系处于最佳受力状态。用应力分析软件CAESARII对物料管系进行应力分析,分析结果表明:整个管系的二次应力最大值为许用值的64.6%,说明该设计方案安全可靠。 According to the process characteristics of Catofin reactor,the design of effluent piping system in isobutene plant reactor is optimized. The piping system is separated into four independent expansion pipelines by thrust support,which includes the reactor furnace discharge line,the reactor suction line,the reactor discharge line and the steam generator suction line. The installation of expansion joints and hangers in every pipeline has ensured that the whole piping system is under the best stress states. The stress of effluent piping system is analyzed with CAESARII software. The analysis results show that the maximum secondary stress of the whole piping system is 64. 6% of allowable value,which indicates that the design is safe and reliable.
