整体护理干预对老年糖尿病合并心肌梗死预后的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Holistic Nursing Intervention on the Prognosis of Elderly Patients with Diabetes Complicated by Myocardial Infarction

目的分析整体护理干预对老年糖尿病并心肌梗死预后的影响。方法回顾性分析2013年11月—2014年11月该院收治94例老年糖尿病并心肌梗死患者临床资料,按照数字表法分成两组,对照组予常规护理,研究组予整体护理干预,比较两组患者依从性、生活质量及并发症情况。结果研究组患者并发症53.19%少于对照组78.72%;研究组患者生活质量优于对照组;研究组总依从率优于对照组;比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理干预改善老年糖尿病并心肌梗死患者预后效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing intervention on the prognosis of elderly patients with diabetes complicated by myocardial infarction.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 94 elderly patients with diabetes complicated by myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2014.The patients were divided into two groups,the control group and the study group in accordance with the number table method.The control group were treated by the conventional nursing,and the study group were treated by the holistic nursing intervention.And the compliance,quality of life and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications was much lower in the study group than that in the control group（53.19%vs 78.72%）（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the study group had better quality of life（P〈0.05）,and higher overall compliance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention has significant effect on improving the prognosis of elderly patients with diabetes complicated by myocardial infarction.
