彩色多普勒评价2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉病变检查中的诊断价值

Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Lower Extremity Arterial Disease in Type 2 Diabetes

目的探究彩色多普勒评价2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉病变检查中的诊断价值。方法取自于该院2010年2月—2014年4月收纳的89例2型糖尿病患者为观察组,89例健康体检者为对照组,所有研究对象均使用GE-VIVID7型彩色多普勒超声仪进行下肢动脉血管扫查,对比分析两组检查结果。结果观察组和对照组患者相比较,观察组患者斑块、狭窄与闭塞检出率明显更高,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虽然血管造影在血管闭塞性病变的诊断中,起到了重要作用,不过该方法检测成本高,且据欧一定创伤性,很难再临床普及。相较之下,彩色多普勒超声诊断技术操作便捷,重复性好,不会对患者造成创伤,并能筛查出早期病变,检测成本低,因此更适合于临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity arterial disease in type2 diabetes.Methods 89 cases with type 2 diabetes admitted in our hospital from February 2010 to April 2014 were selected as the observation group and 89 cases underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.GE-VTVID7 color Doppler ultrasound was used to scan the lower extremity arterial blood vessel in all the subjects.And the check result of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the detection rate of plaque,stenosis and occlusion of the observation group was obviously higher,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Condusion Although angiography plays an important role in the diagnosis of vascular occlusive disease,it is expensive and invasive and hard to be promoted clinically.However,color Doppler ultrasound is inexpensive,noninvasive,easy to operate with good repeatability,and it can scan the early lesions,so it is appropriate for the clinical popularization.
