老年糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的护理措施

Nursing Intervention for Elderly Patients with Diabetes and Lower Extremity Vascular Disease

目的探讨老年糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的临床护理措施。方法回顾性分析该院于2011年12月—2013年1月收治的60例老年糖尿病下肢血管病变患者的临床资料,所有患者均给予积极的护理干预,观察该组患者的护理效果。结果该组60例患者病情均得到有效控制,未见并发症及死亡病例,均好转出院。结论糖尿病下肢血管病变是老年糖尿病临床较为常见的并发症,实施积极的护理干预能有效病情,减少并发症的发生几率,大大提高了患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing intervention for elderly patients with diabetes and lower extremity vascular disease.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 60 elderly patients with diabetes and lower extremity vascular disease admitted in our hospital from December 2011 to January 2013.All the patients were given positive nursing intervention.And the nursing efficacy was observed in the patients of this group.Results The disease of the 60 cases in this group was controlled effectively.And they were improved and discharged without complications and deaths.Conclusion Lower extremity vascular disease is a common clinical complication in the elderly patients with diabetes.Positive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the symptoms,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of the patients,so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
