药学服务在糖尿病治疗中的效果观察

Effect of Pharmaceutical Care in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察在糖尿病治疗中开展药学服务的价值和效果。方法选取我院2014年4月—2015年3月期间收治的2型糖尿病患者68例进行研究,将其平均分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=38),对照组在糖尿病治疗中未予以药学服务,观察组在糖尿病治疗中予以药学服务,观察在糖尿病治疗中开展药学服务的应用效果。结果观察组中在糖尿病治疗中开展药学服务患者的血糖控制率为82%、血糖知识知晓率为88%、药物依从性为91%,对照组中在糖尿病治疗中未开展药学服务患者的血糖控制率为71%、血糖知识知晓率为63%、药物依从性为74%,两组比较,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用药学服务于糖尿病的治疗中能有效的控制糖尿病患者的血糖,提高患者的用药依从性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe of pharmaceutical services in the value and effectiveness of the treatment of diabetes.Methods.68 patients with type 2 were select our hospital from April 2014 to March 2015 period to study,they were divided into a control group（n = 30） and the observation group（n = 38）,The control group did not give pharmacy services in the treatment of diabetes,the observation group to be pharmacy services in the treatment of diabetes.Results Observation group conducted in the treatment of diabetes in patients with glucose control pharmacy services was 82%awareness rate of 88%glucose,medication compliance was 91%in the control group did not carry glycemic control rate of pharmaceutical care of patients in the treatment of diabetes 71%awareness rate of 63%glucose,medication adherence was 74%,the two groups,the observation group than the control group,the difference was significant,statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Applied Pharmacy Services in the treatment of diabetes can effectively control blood sugar in diabetic patients,improve patient medication compliance,worthy of clinical application.
