脂化前列腺素E1治疗糖尿病足疗效观察

Lipid and Prostaglandin E1 in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Curative Effect Observation

目的观察并分析使用脂化前列腺素E1治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法选取2014年3月—2015年1月于该院就诊的糖尿病足患者共80例,依据随机原则将其分为对照组(使用常规的方法治疗糖尿病足患者)与治疗组(在对照组的基础上使用脂化前列腺素E1配合治疗糖尿病足患者),观察两组疗效。结果通过比较两组临床疗效,得出治疗组中35例(87.5%)明显高于对照组痊愈20例(50%),治疗组总有效率100%显著高于对照组总有效率77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过使用脂化前列腺素E1治疗糖尿病足患者,能有效地改善其足部症状,加速溃疡愈合,具有很好的临床疗效,值得推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and analysis of the use of lipid and prostaglandin E1 in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods the diabetic foot were selected from 2014 March to 2015 January in our hospital 80 cases,according to randomly divided into control group（routine method in the treatment of patients with diabetic foot） and treatment group（using the esterification of prostaglandin E1 on the basis of the control group with the treatment of patients with diabetic foot）,were observed in the two groups curative effect.Results the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups,the treatment group of 35 cases（87.5%） was significantly higher than that of the control group 20 cases were cured（50%）,the total effective rate of treatment group100%was significantly higher than the control group the total effective rate was 77.5%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion through the use of lipid and prostaglandin E1 in the treatment of diabetic foot patients,can effectively improve the symptoms of foot,the healing rate of peptic ulcer,has good clinical efficacy,is worthy to be popularized.
