摘要
妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)指发生在妊娠期或首次发现不同程度的糖耐量异常现象,是妊娠期较为常见的合并症之一。妊娠期糖尿病多指妊娠期间发生的2型糖尿病,尤其受人们生活水平不断提高的影响,GDM发病率呈现上升趋势,给患者的正常的生活产生较大负面影响,因此,加强GDM危险因素分析,并结合患者实际采取针对性干预对策,对预防及治疗GDM,降低其给患者及婴儿带来的危害具有重要意义。
gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM） that occur during pregnancy or the first discovery of amount of abnormal phenomenon in different degree on glucose tolerance during pregnancy,is one of the common complications.Gestational diabetes mellitus refers to type 2- diabetes during pregnancy,especially by the influence of continuous improvement of people＇s living standard,the incidence rate of GDM showed a rising trend,has a negative impact to the patient＇s normal life,therefore,strengthen the analysis of risk factors of GDM,and combining with actual intervention targeted countermeasures,for the prevention and treatment of GDM,have important significance to decrease its harm to patients and infants.
