糖尿病患者血脂检验在临床诊断中的应用价值

The Application Value of Serum Lipids in Patients with Diabetes Test in Clinical Diagnosis

目的探究糖尿病患者血脂检验在临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选择该所2013年1月—2014年6月收治的糖尿病患者50例,为实验组;选择同一时期在该所进行体检的健康人50名,作为对照组。分别对两组患者进行空腹血脂检验,观察患者血清中血糖、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的含量,比较两组之间各项指标的差异。结果实验组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HD L)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血糖与血脂相互影响,临床在对糖尿病进行治疗时,还要注重血脂的检测,临床应用血脂检验有助于糖尿病的诊断,可及时有效的控制糖尿病及其并发症的发生,对疾病的治疗和患者的预后等具有重要价值,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of serum lipids in patients with diabetes mellitus：test in clinical diagnosis.Methods 50 patients with diabetes from 2013 January to 2014 June year my 2013 cases,as the experimental group;select the same period in 50 cases of healthy people examination I carried on,as the control group.Were fasting lipid test on the two groups of patients,observation of blood glucose,serum total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein（HDL）,low density lipoprotein（LDL） content,compare the differences between the two groups of indexes.Results In the experimental group,the total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein（HDL）,low density lipoprotein（LDL） were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Blood glucose and blood lipid interaction,clinical in the treatment of diabetes,but also pay attention to the detection of blood lipid and clinical application of blood test is helpful to diagnosis of diabetes,diabetes can be controlled timely and effectively and the occurrence of complications has important value for the treatment and prognosis of patients with the disease,it is worth to popularize in the clinical application.
